This website is operated by n3works. If you have any questions about how we handle your information, you can reach us at hello@n3works.co.uk.

We only collect two types of information:

1. Information you give us — when you submit our contact form (name, email, optional company name, the message you write, and the service you selected). We use it to reply to your enquiry, and nothing else.
2. Anonymous usage data — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated, anonymised information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referral source). IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

A cookie banner appears on your first visit. If you accept, we load Google Analytics, which sets the cookies listed below. If you reject, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

• _ga & _ga_* — Google Analytics, used to distinguish unique visitors. Stored for up to 24 months.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for n3works.co.uk — the banner will reappear and you can choose again.

We use contact form submissions strictly to respond to your enquiry. We use analytics data to understand which pages are most useful so we can improve the site over time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site is hosted by Hostinger. Standard server logs (timestamps, IP, user agent) are retained by Hostinger for diagnostic purposes under their own privacy terms.

Analytics data, if you accept cookies, is processed by Google Analytics under Google's privacy policy.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we're using it. Email hello@n3works.co.uk and we'll action your request within 30 days.

If we change anything material we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where the change affects how cookies are used, re-prompt you to choose again.
