Overview

A multi-platform organic-first campaign across TikTok and Pinterest, designed to drive qualified traffic to an affiliate ecommerce site. Built, produced and posted end-to-end by the agency — every view, follow, and engagement earned through pure organic reach, with zero paid spend behind it.

The Challenge

Affiliate ecommerce is brutally competitive, and most growth strategies lean heavily on paid spend to manufacture traction. We took the harder route: earning attention organically, on pure creative merit, without a single advertising pound behind it.

Our Approach

We built a content engine optimised for organic discovery — tight hooks in the first two seconds, native platform pacing, and a posting cadence informed by what the algorithm was rewarding that week. Every piece of creative had to earn its place in the feed on its own. No paid amplification to lean on if it didn't land.

The Outcome

Five million views, ten thousand new followers, and seventy thousand engagements — every single one earned organically. No paid spend, no boosted posts, no influencer fees.
